Downtown Oasis on Forsythe (NO Cleaning fee)

Our quiet, comfortable, basement apartment is walkable to downtown Asheville, Montford, UNCA, nightlife, public transit, city center, Harrah’s Cherokee Center and parks. Grove Park Inn is a mile and a half if you're up for the walk or it is an easy drive. You’ll love the neighborhood and ease of access to downtown, breweries, Biltmore Estate, Grove Park Inn, hiking, biking, and all things outdoors. Great rental for couples, families (with kids), or solo adventurers. Come see for yourself! The space You will enter this downtown oasis via a private entrance and driveway off Forsythe St with 3 off street parking spaces in your private drive. You'll walk into a great space that's flowy, open and flexible to meet all of your needs. You'll be greeted by a kitchenette complete with sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, keurig and water machine. There’s a dining table for 4 with additional pull out seating in the kitchenette. In the kitchenette you will also find a keurig coffee maker with a variety of k cups (coffee and tea), sweeteners, Starbucks flavor shots and cream. One of our guests highlights is our adventure wall, providing guests with brochures, menus, and everything you’ll need for your mountain adventure. Connected to the kitchenette area, you’ll find the living area, comprised of a sofa sleeper and three chairs, ottoman and electric fireplace. Entertainment includes a smart TV with YouTubeTV. There are board games, books, and magazines to enjoy if you decide to have a night in. The first bedroom is comfortably situated beyond the living area, divided by a room divider for ease of access to the TV for those who enjoy TV while falling asleep. The bedroom has a spacious area comprised of a king sized bed with ottoman for luggage, chair, and closet. The second bedroom is comprised of two twin beds and a crib (available if needed). Sleep, read, play games, hang out, or whatever suits your needs. It’s a perfect spot for kids if you’re bringing them along. Next to the twin bedroom, you'll find a bath complete with sink, toilet and shower (no bathtub). Additionally, there is an outdoor space where you can sit and catch up while watching a lovely sunset over an ice cold beer, glass of wine or start your day with a cup of coffee and great conversation. Guest access You will have full access to the bottom floor of our house with the exception of our garage.
