Our prices are firm due amenities, location, pricing of local hotel rooms, no noise above, below or beside, privacy and NO cleaning fees (Pleave home as you found it). The space Keurig w/pods, pots, pans, dishes, new full size refrigerator, microwave and stove/oven, dining area for 4, 50" TV, 32" TV, Wifi, Netflix, local channels and some cable channels available, USB plugs and more... Guest access Guest access to entire home and private yard. Other things to note Entire home is approximately 500 sq. ft, newly renovated with all new appliances, fixtures, furniture and home items. Living room has futon that makes into a bed, air mattress in ottoman with air pump if desired.
