This lower unit apartment is located close to town, with access to shops restaurants and tours. Many of our guests walk to Main Street. The apartment kitchen is well stocked, and ready for meal preparation. There is a dining area, that is open to a large living area. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom holds a queen. There is plenty of room, in the living area, to use the provided air mattress. This apartment is a two-bedroom, one bath, and is a downstairs unit, in a four unit apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs. You will be able to cook meals, as well as pack meals for your daily adventures. The living room backs up to a lush green yard, and the front door opens to the parking lot. The street is available for parking at the side of the building, and in front of the building. This makes trailer parking simple and safe. Guests will have access to their own two bedroom one bath apartment. There is a fully equipped kitchen as well as a washer and dryer for their laundry. Parking is close to the apartment. Street parking is also available, first come first serve. We love all things Page, Lake Powell and Canyons. Growing up in Page has given me a vast amount of knowledge about the area. This four-plex apartment building is located in a great neighborhood with a mixture of apartment buildings and single family homes. The building backs up to a retirement home and faces a single family home. We are at the end of a quiet street, with another four-plex on the adjacent side of the building. Because we are at the end of the street, there is plenty of street parking. There also have a parking lot, that is part of the apartment building. The location is very close to Main Street, Safeway, Odyssey Gym and more. You can walk to the main street of Page, where there are restaurants, stores and tour companies. When you stay in the small town of Page, Horseshoe Bend, both Lake Powell Marinas, and popular hikes are all very close. Zion, Bryce, Monument Valley, and both the North and South Rims, would be day trips from Page. This is a lower unit in a four-plex apartment. You will hear guests above you, and others in the building will hear you. We unfortunately do not allow early check-ins or late check-outs. Please plan accordingly. The TV has a ROKU, you must use your own access to shows via your own Netflix, Hulu or other providers. There is no local television channels or cable. We rent often and love guests coming and going daily. Because of this getting the towels started in the washer helps move things along. Please read the house rules for other helpful requests.
