The property is only 5 minutes walking distance from the village center, where one can find shops, bars, restaurants, banks and much more. The villa is only a 5 minute drive away from the largest beach in Malta and a 10 minute drive away from the ferry if you wish to visit the sister islands Gozo & Comino. Licence Number HPI/5642 The space This apartment is very spacious and bright and it has a lovely large terrace where one can sit and relax outside or even dine outside while looking at the lovely views. There is also a private back garden adorned with shrubs and flowers with table and chairs and also 2 sunbeds. You will notice that you will have a lot of available space inside and outside. In this property outside space is easy to access and there is a lot of it and even children can play outside on the villa grounds. The TV is a flat screen TV and not the one shown on the photo. Guest access The villa is very close to all the village amenities including a good number of bars and restaurants, small groceries, a large supermarket, other useful shops.... Parking on the main road is not always easy but you can easily reach all the amenities by foot. Supermarket has a large underground parking. Other things to note Aircondition is to be paid as per use with a coin sub meter. You would need to put in 1 or 2 euro coins to make the Aircondition work. It is important that you will have 1 or 2 euro coins upon your arrival especially if you are arriving during the night and it is during the peak summer warm nights, so you would be able to make the Airconditions work. Government Stay Tax of 50cents per adult per night (not exceeding 5euros) is to be paid upon arrival. We provide bed linen and 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel for each person.
