Entire House with Panoramic Pool and garden at your disposal! The house is arranged in two floors with direct access to the big ground of our property and has a private area with a large table suitable for al fresco dinner or breakfast! It's ideal for 9 people with 3 Double Bedrooms and one Triple Bedroom. The area is amazing, surrounded by vineyards and and olive trees.. The space The Apartment is part of our Villa. The Villa is divided into two big apartments. The one showed in the photos is the place that we rent and the other, is the one (with a different entrance )where we occasionally go during the week-end but not in summer as we live in Poggibonsi, about 15 Km from the property; so you'll have the entire space at your private exclusive disposal, including the Pool and its equipments! THE LOCATION: The property is setting close to the famous Pieve di Santa Maria Assunta a Cellole which is also known as Monastery of Bose. Our Villa is the biggest one of a really small hamlet composed of few small classic tuscan houses along the ancient Francigena Pilgrimage Route, between Certaldo (about 6 Km) and San Gimignano (3 Km)! The Countryside here is characterized by vineyards and olive grooves and from the Panoramic Garden of our property you have an amazing view above the Chianti Hills and the small medieval village of Certaldo Alto. A big gate is the entrance of our ground where the property it's setting! YOUR APARTMENT: The apartment has a private exclusive al-fresco area arranged with a big table and benches just in front of the door of the Kitchen of your apartment. In the nearby you'll find also a BBQ and a stone oven at your complete disposal. The apartment has also another big door in the LivingRoom which faced directly on the big ground of the property with view on the pool area! It's arranged on two Floors: + GROUND FLOOR: - A Big Livingroom with big table, sofas, cable LCD TV - A characteristic Tuscan KITCHEN with FIREPLACE and big Table. You'll find here all the kitchen linen you'll need, DISHWASHER, fridge, freezer, Oven, Microwave Oven, Toaster, MoKa, Coffee Machine, Kettle, Rings Cooker and so on - A very bright DOUBLE BEDROOM with big windows and BATHROOM EN-SUITE. - A Private Exclusive outdoor Area arranged with Big Table and benches ideal to have Al Fresco Dinner or Breakfast. From the ground floor a straight ancient stone staircase bring you to the first floor of your apartment. + 1ST FLOOR (With A/C): - 1 TRIPLE BEDROOM with a Queen Size Bed and a Single Bed. Big Wardrobe and chest of drawers. - 1 Bathroom with Shower, Washbasin, WC and Bidet - 1 DOUBLE BEDROOM with Queen Size Bed and very large wardrobe and chest of drawers - 1 DOUBLE BEDROOM with Queen Size Bed, Wardrobe, chest of drawers and a BATHROOM EN SUITE. All the areas of the Apartment are renovated with Stylish Tuscan Furnitures :) - FREE WIFI - AIR CONDITIONING is in the three Bedrooms on the 1st Floor of the apartment. In the Ground Floor bedroom there is a fan. No air conditioning needed thanks to the big stone walls of the villa which can keep the ambience fresh! :) - MOSQUITOS NETS in the Bedrooms! - A WASHING MACHINE at your disposal just next to your apartment, under a stone outdoor staircase. You'll find wires to dry your clothes on the big Panoramic terrace in the Ground of the Property. - Tennis Court at your disposal in the big Ground of the property. Accessible by a path behind the pool area. Consider that it's not a professional Tennis Court but it could be funny to have some small matches there. - The POOL AREA (open from 15th April till 15th October) AND the BIG Ground: The Pool area is amazing and equipped with Sun Umbrellas, Sun beds and also here you'll find a Gazebo area with tables and chairs. For an highest level of safety, especially in case of children, the Pool area can be easily closed by a small gate and a fence that divide it from the rest of the ground. The Ground is amazing, full of colored Flowers and Gazebos at your disposal. Guest access The Apartment and all its internal spaces are at your private and exclusive disposal. Also an arranged Patio at your private disposal just in front of the entrance of your Apartment. Pool Area, Tennis Court and the Big Ground of the Villa are Always at your Disposal Other things to note THE PRICE INCLUDES: - Bed and Bath Linen (Weekly Changed) - Free WIFI - Air Conditioning (1st floor) - Parking area in front of your House - The Entire Apartment at your private exclusive disposal. - The Use of the Pool area and the Big Ground and BBQ - Electricity, water and utilities (Not Include Heating During the Winter) THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: - tourist tax of 2,5 Euro per person per night (for the first 5 nights of a stay) is not included in the price. (Children under 14 y old- free of charge). - Heating During the Winter Season it's not included in the price and you will pay it here directly before you'll leave the property.
