Casa Mirador II. Duplex with fireplace and terrace

The space Casa El Mirador II is a spacious duplex apartment located on the first floor of the building. Access to the home is by going up a set of stairs. The main floor houses three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a spacious open concept room that integrates the living room, dining room and kitchen. From the dining room you can access, by a wooden staircase, to the top floor, where there are two other bedrooms and a full third bathroom. The apartment has five bedrooms designed to ensure a comfortable rest. The master bedroom features a 135 cm double bed, closet, a pillow and private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed of 135 cm, closet and a pillow. The third bedroom is equipped with a 135 cm double bed, closet and a pillow. Upstairs are the bedroom and fifth bedroom, both equipped with two 90 cm single beds, comfortable and one pillow per bed. All bedrooms include full bedding, with sheets, Nordic, and blanket, for a comfortable stay any time of the year. The main nucleus of the apartment is a spacious open space with wooden abuhardillados ceilings that integrates the living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen, open and fully equipped, has a fridge, dishwasher, washer, microwave, desktop oven, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee maker and Italian coffee maker, toaster, juicer, glass blender and full kitchenware. The living room offers two sofas, TV, WiFi, and an open fireplace, ideal for creating a cozy atmosphere. It has a dining table with 8 chairs. We leave an auxiliary catering table that allows the surface of the main table to be expanded. Also, in the bedrooms you will find extra chairs that you can use if you need them. The apartment has three full bathrooms. One of them is integrated into the master bedroom, forming a private en-suite bathroom. The second bathroom is on the main floor, with access from the hallway. The third bathroom is located on the top floor, next to the bedrooms on that floor. They are all equipped with shower tray, hair dryer, towels, bath mat and gel/shampoo dispenser. Outside you can enjoy a private terrace with panoramic views of the natural environment, equipped with table, chairs and charcoal barbecue. The apartment is ready to offer a comfortable stay year-round. It has heating by thermostat adjustable radiators and a cozy open fireplace. Also, we offer boxes of firewood for those who want to enjoy the atmosphere that fire provides. The apartment does not have A/C. For your convenience, in the summer months, both the living room and all the bedrooms are equipped with fans. If you're especially sensitive to heat or used to sleeping with air conditioning, it's a good idea to keep this in mind before booking to make sure the place fits your needs. Pets are also welcome so you can enjoy your vacation in Beceite without separating yourself from them. Up to two pets are allowed per accommodation, with a supplement of 5€ per pet per night. It is essential to indicate this when making the reservation. Guest access Casa El Mirador is a building that houses several independent tourist apartments, each with private access. Located in the upper part of Beceite, it enjoys a prime location, very close to the start of the La Pesquera trail, one of the most iconic natural areas in the region. Other things to note Beceite is a beautiful mountain town with a medieval layout, narrow streets and characteristic slopes. You can drive right up to the door of Casa El Mirador (Calle Tejería, 42 bis). We don't have private parking, but you can park for free on the public street near the accommodation, or use the Los Freginals Public Parking, located a few minutes away by foot (its availability and regulations depend on the time of year). The town center is about 200 meters away. The fastest access is by going down the stairs next to the accommodation, although the way back is uphill. Because it is built on a slope, the building has stairs and uneven surfaces both at the entrances and in the surrounding area.
