Becquet beach house

Ideally located townhouse facing the sea, in a quiet cul-de-sac leading directly to the beach, just 50 m from the Port du Becquet. Enjoy a magnificent sea view and a prime location to discover the Cotentin, between La Hague and the Val de Saire. Coastal walks, water activities and unspoiled nature promise you a relaxing stay. The space The house has a fully enclosed private garden where you can park your vehicle, and an outdoor terrace facing the sea, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals or admiring the sunsets. On the ground floor, it has a living room of about 45 m² with a kitchen and a living/dining room, and a shower room with a toilet. On the 2nd floor: a landing with sofa bed, 3 bedrooms and a shower room with toilet. Guest access Depending on your preferences and our availability, we will be happy to welcome you in person upon your arrival or offer you self check-in using a secure key box. In this case, we will send you all the necessary information (access code and instructions) before your stay for a simple and hassle-free check-in. We remain available throughout your stay, of course, if you have any questions. Other things to note From July 1 to August 31, check-in and checkout will only be on Saturdays (rental from Saturday to Saturday). The rental may be governed by a contract. For long stays: a contribution to the charges may be requested. Please let me know if you need rates based on the length of your stay. The rental price of the accommodation does not include linens or end-of-stay cleaning, these options can be purchased in addition to the rental price: Optional paid options not included in the rental price of the accommodation: - linens (sheets, towels and tea towels) available for €10 per person, - end of stay cleaning for €90 if the cleaning option is not subscribed: the house must be returned in the same condition as on arrival (vacuum cleaner and mop used, disinfection/cleaning of the kitchen, shower, toilet...).
