Becquet beach house

The house is located facing the sea in a cul-de-sac that leads to the beach and 50 m from the port of Becquet. It is attached but is located in a quiet and pleasant setting and has a magnificent sea view. It is ideally located for beautiful walking tours, close to a kayak club and discover our beautiful region of Cotentin between La Hague and Le Val de Saire. The space The house has a fully enclosed private garden where you can park your vehicle and with an outdoor terrace facing the sea. It is composed on the ground floor of a living room of about 45 m2 with kitchen and living room and a shower room with toilet. On the 1st floor: a landing with sofa bed, 3 bedrooms and a shower room with toilet. Guest access entire place Other things to note From July 1 to August 31, check-in and checkout will only be on Saturdays (rental from Saturday to Saturday). The rental may be governed by a contract. For long stays: a contribution to the charges may be requested. Please let me know if you need rates based on the length of your stay. The rental price of the accommodation does not include linens or end-of-stay cleaning, these options can be purchased in addition to the rental price: Optional paid options not included in the rental price of the accommodation: - linens (sheets, towels and tea towels) available for €10 per person, - end of stay cleaning for €90 if the cleaning option is not subscribed: the house must be returned in the same condition as on arrival (vacuum cleaner and mop used, disinfection/cleaning of the kitchen, shower, toilet...).
