The space Stay in a recently converted "grand designs" house, perfect for an extended family or group of friends to celebrate or holiday together. Dine together in a fabulous double height dining room with bi-fold doors directly onto the garden and an equally large outside dining table. The lounge has a wood burner and superb surround sound Smart TV/audio system, then to keep everyone entertained there is the glass fronted games room with pool table and table football. Outside enjoy your own heated pool (Start of Easter Holidays/April to October), hot tub and large sauna (hot tub and sauna all year) or visit the large shared heated pool in a walled garden (May to Sept with one 2.5hr private session session daily) or play table tennis, croquet, rounders , football etc. Bedrooms are all large and ensuite and can be configured into almost any mix of singles and doubles with two in the smaller detached Spring Barn a stones throw away sharing access to a shower room with their own lounge. The house is completely private with its own entrance and fields on two sides. If you would like we can help you tailor your celebration or holiday with catering and meals in local pubs as well as activities on -site such as laser shooting, archery and pampering or off site such as cider tasting, golf and clay pigeon shooting. The main house has three reception rooms plus a kitchen and utility room, every room leads out into the garden with wraparound patios and paths and the house is incredibly light and airy due to the double height glass and bi-fold and French doors. All rooms are open plan to create a really sociable environment. The kitchen is fully equipped for a large group with a range cooker, two dishwashers, an extra oven and microwave, all set in granite worktops and maple inlaid units. All four bedrooms in the main house are ensuite (the main bathroom interconnects with two bedrooms), with high quality mattresses you will have a great night's sleep and wake up refreshed. There are another two bedrooms and shower room in the smaller barn which also has its own sitting area for a quiet coffee and croissant. The bedrooms are flexible and can be arranged to suit a wide range of group sizes. Some are located on the ground floor for easy access. Bedroom 1: King-size bed, ensuite shower room, and an extra daybed (sleeps up to 3). Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Two zip-and-link bed (can be made into two kings or four singles, or any combination), plus a daybed and a spacious ensuite shower room (sleeps up to 5). Bedroom 3: Zip-and-link bed, plus two daybeds (sleeps up to 4). Shares a bathroom with Bedroom 4. Bedroom 4: Zip-and-link bed and a daybed (sleeps up to 3). Shares a bathroom (with rain shower and double-ended bath) with Bedroom 3. Spring Barn (separate small barn, 10 meters from the main house): Bedroom 5: Three single beds, or can be arranged as a super king and a single (sleeps up to 3). Bedroom 6: Double bed (sleeps 2). Spring Barn also includes a shared kitchenette and bathroom for Bedrooms 5 and 6. For groups larger than 20+ please message us before booking. Extra guest fees apply for groups larger than 16 guests. Guest access Guests have a private covered hot tub and sauna and private fully fenced heated pool. Private games with table tennis table, table football, American pool and a games/football field.
