The space Very bright and comfortable, this house has a refined living room with a unique view of the coast, islands and sea. In winter, you can enjoy a wood fire while listening to Hi-Fi music. Adjacent to this living room with sofa and armchairs, well decorated with the works of the host, artist-painter, enjoy a warm kitchen/dining room, very well equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious fish and seafood. Upstairs, two quiet bedrooms: one, open to the sea and very spacious, with a king size bed (180 * 200 cm) and the other, small, with two single beds (90 * 200 cm). And for your comfort: a bathroom with a large shower. Guest access ENTIRE PROPERTY: Located in a large family property consisting of three houses, the "little house of Kerrac'h" will be at your disposal for the duration of your stay. You can leave your car in the parking lot because you are a 7-minute walk from the center of the village, its shops, its colorful Thursday morning market, and the Nautical Center on Kelenn Beach where you can rent all kinds of watercraft and indulge in scuba diving. You will go down a staircase at the end of the garden to access the GR34 directly, which will take you around Carantec or the wild island of Callot, accessible at low tide by a submersible road. You can use the various places in the garden, equipped with tables, chairs, armchairs and benches to observe the nautical activity, read, have a drink, lunch or dinner, if necessary in the warmth of a brazier.
