Luxury pet friendly beach house 250m from the amazing 90 mile beach with Starlink super fast internet. The house has a new kitchen with Miele appliances including an inbuilt coffee machine. 2 new bathrooms, one is outdoors with stone bath under the stars. Large front deck with a lovely view of the sunset over the lake and a great back yard with fire pit and hydrotherapy hot tub. The house also has a pot belly fire to keep you warm on the cooler winter nights. The space The house has 2 queen bedrooms with luxury Sheridan linen. The large couch (king single sized) can be made up as a comfortable bed for a 5th person. The master can be set up to comfortably fit the porta cot that is supplied. The master bathroom is modern space with a large walk in shower, there is a second bathroom outside with a stone bath/shower under the stars. The outdoor bathroom is perfect for washing off after a day at beach. The lounge room is a lovely cosy space with a wood burning pot belly fire, 50 inch smart tv with full inbuilt Bose surround sound. The room also has a new spilt system to keep you cool in summer and toasty warn in the winter. The kitchen is fully equipped boasting top of the range Miele appliances and inbuilt coffee machine. The cupboards well stocked with all the basics you might need . The dinning area has a good size table that seats 4. The front deck has a large covered area with a 6 seater table and a lounge area with a fire put that over looks the lake perfect for sun sets. There is also small weber BBQ. The back yard had a large patio area with gas BBQ and dinning table. There is a larger fire pit with bean bags and 2 person hydrotherapy hot tub to relax in. We can supply you with fire wood, 12kg kiln dried hardwood perfect for the pot belly, at cost price of $15 per bag. Please let us know if you would like fire wood and we will leave it out for you. Extra wood is available throughout your stay, please let us know how many bags and we will drop it off to you. Guest access The general store and centre of town is a 3 minute drive. There is under cover parking for 2 cars and another spot out the front plus street parking. Other things to note I do my best to provide you with a lovely place to stay whilst being great value for money, please ensure the dishes are cleaned and put away before you depart and the house is left how you found it.
