Birdsong- a tranquil holiday home in Perth

Our lovely 2 bedroom, air conditioned home comes with everything you will need for your stay in Perth. Situated in spacious grounds overlooking fields, Birdsong is a perfect blend of tranquility & convenience, only 5 minutes from Wanneroo town centre. Owners, Jane, Stuart, Mia and Chewie (dog) live on-site in the main house. Birdsong is an attached but separate and private dwelling with its own entrance. We are laid-back and easy going, and are happy to hang out or give you your space. The space You have total access to this evaporative air-conditioned two-bedroom, 1 bath home with kitchen, dining and lounge area. Each bedroom has a queen bed and a travel cot is available as well (please indicate on booking). Owners reside in the adjacent attached home, the pool area is shared with us and our guests in our other holiday home Sunrise Retreat. There are two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, both with bedside drawers, lamps and spacious wardrobes. The living, dining and kitchen area is open plan, with a well equipped kitchen, washing machine, large fridge freezer, dining table and chairs, sofa, TV. There is also a six seater patio table and a barbecue on the covered alfresco with outdoor blinds for when the evening sun is shining in. The focus on furnishing the apartment has been your comfort, quality and style, from furniture right down to the hotel quality bedsheets. Guests have access to the shared pool area by walking around the front of the house. Cleaning available mid stay. If required please enquire in advance regarding rates. Guest access Birdsong has its own parking space and a covered alfresco area, and also has access to shared pool area. Other things to note If you are enquiring, please could you send a brief description of your travel party -whether family or friends , full names of adults( plus ages of any under 30s) , number of children, and the purpose of your visit. Also please be aware we have a gentle friendly non allergy doggie who we often run around on the large grassed areas with. He likes to say hello if people are nearby but doesn't jump up.
