Located in Limassol's most up & coming neighbourhood just 200m from the beach & the heart of the tourist area! You'll be near the famous sea-side road of Limassol & 3mins walking distance to busses that can connect you to every part of the city & to the rest of Cyprus (Intercity Busses). Lots of restaurants & coffee-shops as well as supermarkets, convenient stores & lots of high street shops. Also the famous Old Town & New Marina which is 10mins by car / 30mins walk away is not to be missed! The space Modern and stylish apartment on the 2nd floor just 3 mins walk from the beach front . Its located in a residential area between the historic centre of Limassol and the tourist area were all the hotels are. The apt its sun-filled with hardwood floors, a kitchen with all its appliances, there is also air conditioning in bedrooms and the living room. The two bedrooms have a queen size bed with white linens and built-in closets. The Master bedroom is a little bit bigger than the other bedroom that has also access to a balcony that is facing north. Living and dining areas are appointed with comfortable and modern furniture , a flat screen cable TV with HDMI hook-up and a modern grey sofa bed that converts into a comfortable double size bed. There's also a small work desk in the dining area at the apt's entrance and a modern dining table with stylish chairs. In the area there's another balcony that is facing west. Apt has a small but a comfy bathroom with toilet. Please note that there is NO LIFT in the building!
