Cozy Traveller's Cottage Close to Downtown

This cozy guest cottage has shiplap walls and a warm and inviting interior. It's perfect for a quiet getaway for 1 or 2 people. Located in Pensacola's eclectic East Hill neighborhood and close to downtown, restaurants and shopping. The cottage is best suited for guests over the age of 18 and is not equipped for small children. Please note for your comfort the standard weight capacity for the bedframe is approx 500 lbs. I have two sweet pups (Lily, Hildey) and an outdoor cat (Skipper-Doo). The space The shiplap walls and cozy decor make this a great little hideaway. There is a train that runs a few times a day. So if you are a light or late sleeper, I have provided earplugs. Guest access You will have the Traveller's Cottage to yourselves. If you have a larger group you can also reserve space upstairs in the main house (2 additional private bedrooms, small loft and a bath - listed as EAST HILL CLASSIC). Beach chairs are available as well. Other things to note You are welcome to park on the concrete drive beside the house (great for travelers with kayaks). Street parking directly in front of the main house is also OK; but as a courtesy, please do not park in front of a neighbor's house. There is a train that runs close by, so if you are a light or late sleeper, you may want to use the earplugs that are provided. Please note for your comfort that the cottage bed is a queen-size and standard weight capacity for this bedframe style is around 500 lbs.
