Orange Lodge - Large, beautiful central home

You will love this home as it a beautifully renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 living area house, just a short walk to town. It has all the essentials for a relaxing stay in beautiful Orange. We also welcome guests with a bottle of local wine. A unique feature is that we help you start your day by providing cereals, milk, spreads, sugar, tea, coffee, chocolate and milo. The fourth bedroom can be either a king bed or two singles. Please let us know what you would prefer. The space 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, dining room and modern kitchen. An outdoor dining area with a fire pit complete this lovely, spacious home. In the fourth bedroom, you have a choice of 2 single beds or one king bed. We have off street parking, a BBQ, fans in every bedroom and air conditioning. Central gas heating will keep you warm and cosy during winter. Sit back and relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea or a complimentary glass of wine upon arrival The house includes free wifi, all linen, towels and bathroom essentials. You will also have access to a porta cot and high chair. Our house is within walking distance of the centre of town and very close to Robertson Park, where the Food and Wine Week night markets are held. It is also possible to walk to the Orange Regional Gallery, Museum and Visitor's Information Centre. Bills Beans East Orange, Charred, Mr Sushi King and Mr Lim's are particularly close to this house as well as The Canobolas Hotel and Parkview Hotel - both nice pubs with fantastic food. Guest access You will have private access to the entire property. Other things to note We are in the perfect location. Leave the car at home and walk a few blocks into town. We have free wifi, a fire pit outside in winter, a BBQ, porta cot and high chair. We also have two living areas with televisions, cosy gas heating and air conditioning as well as a lovely outdoor area. DAMAGES AND NOISE We are definitely not a party house. Please keep noise to a minimum and be considerate of neighbours. You will be responsible for any damage caused by you or any of your party to the house or gardens during your stay.
