The space More information The space You can enjoy the family area downstairs and utilize the wide screen TV and kitchenette or perhaps the separate studio for a game or two of table tennis. Alternatively choose to wind down in the comfort of the luxurious living area upstairs. Make the most of the romantic master bedroom with ensuite and four poster bed and treat yourself to breakfast on the balcony with views to the Murray River and beyond. There is a lot to explore including a visit to local wineries, the Sunday market at the wharf, and a boat trip to the Coorong. Perhaps play a round of golf, surf at the beach or just relax and watch for the whales during May to October from the deck. Open plan living/dining area with ocean views from every window opening onto a full width deck and an 8 person outdoor setting. Dining to seat 8 guests, plus bar stools at the adjacent breakfast bar. Luxurious lounges with 65" wide screen Smart TV, Blu-ray DVD player and WiFi Internet. Master bedroom features a queen size four poster bed, generous ensuite and balcony with chairs, and river views. There is an additional vanity/toilet situated adjacent to family living space. Reverse cycle air conditioning (Upstairs and Downstairs) for summer and gas log fire (Upstairs) for cosy winters. Ground floor Large family room equipped with wide screen TV and DVD player and a kitchenette. Reverse cycle air conditioning. 3 bedrooms - 2 with Queen Beds, and 1 with 2 Single beds and 2 Trundles (suitable for children). Full size bathroom. Overhead fans in all bedrooms. Paved entrance to property with generous paved entertaining area and fully enclosed grassed area at the back, equipped with a BBQ. Separate Games room with table tennis table, games and books. The house is set up for self-check in with a key safe and code. We are contactable by phone at all times. Other things to note Access to two trundle beds is available at an extra charge per head. A cot and highchair can be provided by prior request. The advertised price does not include linen or towels. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, & towels. (Quilt covers, hand towels, bath mats & tea towels are provided ) Alternatively, if you would like towels and bed linen provided, with beds made up on your arrival, we offer a linen service. This is an additional cost of $40 per Queen bed, $30 per Single. Please advise when booking if you would like linen/towels provided, outlining how many queens / singles required.
