Kitchen: well-equipped fitted kitchen with an integral electric oven with halogen hob, integral fridge/freezer, integral washing machine, a microwave and a slim-line dishwasher. Bathroom: has a bath with an overhead shower and a shower screen, hand basin, WC and a heated towel rail. First Floor The turning staircase has a hand rail and leads up to the landing with exposed brickwork and a chest of drawers.
