It is located at a ground level and has a bedroom with direct access to the spacious terrace, bathroom, living room with sofa bed for 2 persons and an open, fully equipped new kitchen. The large terrace with sitting area and dining table offers a partial view of the sea. The property is newly furnished and fully equipped. Wifi access and 2 Smart TV (no satellite connection) are also available free of charge. It is bright and quiet and is located in a well kept complex with a community pool. Underground parking space free of charge. Restaurants, cafes and shops are located in close proximity and are within walking distance in a few minutes. Bathing facilities throughout the year, in the community pool, at the nearby swimming mole or on the sandy beach just in front of the complex.
