Cross the river and take in charming Lambertville with its antiques stores, art galleries and many charming restaurants. Walk/bike along the beautiful canals that run through New Hope and Lambertville. This charming home, built in 1833, has been updated and lovingly maintained. The house has three bedrooms, 2 full baths and lovely living areas. Cook's kitchen. The patio area is wonderful for dining or enjoying the garden. The location, a quick walk from downtown, provides a quiet respite from the exciting goings on in New Hope and Lambertville. We welcome guests who appreciate nature, dining, art and culture and who will love the house as much as we do. We do not allow smoking on the property, not even outdoors. Guests will have use of the whole house and outside areas. There is off-street parking for 5 cars at the property. We have a local host who can greet guests and give them a tour of the house and describe the amenities, if desired. Otherwise, check in is easy and straightforward. We are also available by phone, email and text. From Starbucks on the corner of Main and Bridge Streets, to the many wonderful restaurants and bars, guests will have no end of dining and entertainment experiences. We recommend Martine's Riverhouse for lovely riverside dining. The Deck at the Playhouse, Marsha Browns and the Logan Inn are wonderful eateries. Indian, Moroccan, Japanese, Italian restaurants are close by. The Boat House Bar in Lambertville provides a unique experience for drinks or cocktails. New Hope and Lambertville are easily accessible from New York or Philadelphia. Once there, both towns are easily walk-able. Bicycles can be rented at the New Hope Cyclery for a jaunt down the Delaware Canal. Travel up or down River Road to take in beautiful river views.
