Crete Retreat, Lavender Villa with pool, Chania

Lavender villa is one of our three beautiful villas set in our spacious grounds. It has 2 bedrooms on a split level, one large double and a large twin room. The villa is situated the closest to the pool 15 meters away which is shared with the other two villas. Chania is 4km away. A perfect environment for people who wish to enjoy and explore Crete, from a unique oasis. The space Lavender is located within our spaciously landscaped gardens which have been carefully chosen for their beautiful flowers and foliage, allowing for a private experience, mature trees providing shade from the sun. Our emerald green lawns give the opportunity to lay back and sunbath around the pool, or play a few lawn games. The pool is a massive 20 meters by 10 meters, and only 15 meters away. Perfect for lounging around in with the family or for getting in some serious lengths The villa has two bedrooms, one large double and one large twin, there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Space to sit inside and eat or enjoy our outside patio area with gas BBQ for alfresco dinning. We are located 4km from Chania with easy access via car or public transport The port of Souda is 2km away. Guest access We have a gated private parking for each villa. Guests are very welcome to enjoy our various gardens at any time to enjoy the Cretan flowers and wild life in perfect tranquility with access to the pool 24hrs a day. Other things to note We are animal lovers with dogs, cats, chickens and parakeets kept within our own premises. Guests are welcome to arrange a visit. In our effort to become more environmentally conscious we have installed a watering system for our grounds with water being supplied from our very own well. We have also installed a photovoltaic system on to our villas to power the air conditioner units ( one in each of the bedrooms) and some of the kitchen appliances ( dishwasher and washing machine ) which are provided in the villas. This powers these appliances during the day, if you require air conditioner usage during the night 8pm to 8am there is a surcharge payable prior to use of €5 a night. WINTER LETS If you wish to rent the villa during the winter months (November to March) the price is NOT inclusive of electricity, gas, firewood, linen or towels.
