The North Cottage

La Casita del Norte is a private, bright, self-contained apartment in a small building separate from our home – a relaxing retreat in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of Vermont College of Fine Arts, the State House and downtown Montpeler. WE ARE FOLLOWING AIRBNB’S NEW ENHANCED CLEANING AND SANITIZING PROTOCOL IN ORDER TO MAKE YOUR STAY AS SAFE AND WORRY-FREE AS POSSIBLE. And we use green cleaning products wherever possible. The space Our casita is totally separate from the house, private, quiet and safe. Well-insulated, it stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter with a guest-controlled space heater making it comfortable and cozy as can be. The front room includes a desk and chairs along with a buffet with microwave, toaster and coffee maker, a selection of teas, sugar and creamer, plates, mugs, glasses and silverware. The small fridge always has a bag of fresh-ground organic coffee for your enjoyment. The bathroom is clean and attractive. The bedroom is spacious, with a dresser, chairs, magazine table, bookshelves, a large bay window looking out on our gardens, skylight and ceiling fan. Guest access The entire casita is yours. Self-checkin makes it easy, private and safe. Other things to note We have free WiFi for you. Just wanted to make that clear, since "Internet" may not appear on the list of amenities.
