It is perfect for two guests, but can accommodate up to three. Please note: an extra charge applies after 2 guests. Self‑Catering Please note that this is a self‑catering furnished apartment and not a hotel. Water There is constant water supply to both the villa and the swimming pool. Electricity The villa uses a prepaid electricity meter. We upload 200 GHS of electricity credit every 7 days. If the credit is used up before the 7‑day cycle ends, guests are responsible for topping up additional credit as required. Safety & Appliance Use For fire and safety reasons: All electrical appliances must be switched off when leaving the villa unattended, except for the fridge/freezer. Air‑conditioners must be turned off when the bedroom is not in use or when leaving the villa for the day. Internet / WiFi We load 100GB of data every 14 days. This is usually sufficient for normal domestic use such as browsing, streaming, and social media. If data runs out before the 14‑day cycle ends, guests may top up as needed. For Work or Business Use If you plan to rely heavily on the internet for remote work, please inform us. Upgraded packages can be arranged, but any additional cost will be the guest’s responsibility. Staff are always available to assist. Guest access The entire villa, including your private porch area, is exclusively yours throughout your stay. You will not share any indoor spaces—your villa is completely private. The communal outdoor areas within the complex, such as the grounds and the shared swimming pool, are shared with other guests staying in the neighbouring villas.
