Elmview House and Apartment is located on Symons Street in the heart of Healesville, an easy two minute walk to the main street. With views across to Mt St Leonard, the heritage listed property has five bedrooms and caters for 10 people. ** Please let us know the bedrooms required at time of booking. ** There is a three bedroom house and a two bedroom studio apartment. Both are self contained with kitchen and living areas. There is also a large entertaining area with BBQ and outdoor table. The space The whole property can sleep up to 10 people across five bedrooms. Elmview house - Accommodates six guests across three queen bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, a full country style kitchen, formal lounge room and large veranda overlooking Healesville. With original hardwood floors, pressed tin ceilings and panelled walls, this house is full of charm and character. Studio Apartment - Accommodates four guests across two bedrooms below the main house. There is also another bathroom, small kitchenette and living area opening out to a garden setting. Please note, the apartment is accessed by an external ramp outside. There is no internal access between the house and apartment. All linen is provided. There is ducted heating throughout the property with split system air conditioners in both the kitchen and lounge and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. There is free Wi-Fi internet and a smart TV in the lounge room, along with a TV in each bedroom of the Apartment. There is a BBQ on the veranda, along with gas cooktop and electric oven in the main kitchen. Minimum stays in place over peak periods. Pricing is dependent on how many bedrooms are required - please send us an enquiry if you have any questions. If you would like three bedrooms, please enter six guests. If you would like four bedrooms, please enter eight guests. If you would like access to all five bedrooms, please enter 10 guests. Guest access Guests will have the whole property to themselves. However please note bedroom access is determined by guest numbers. 1-4 guests have access to two bedrooms. 5-6 guests have access to three bedrooms. 7-8 guests have access to four bedrooms. 9-10 guests have access to five bedrooms.
