Location Recreation is guaranteed thanks to the quiet but central location. Our modern holiday apartment is on the ground floor of an apartment building in a quiet side street. From here you can easily walk to Husumer city center, the castle park and the idyllic harbor. The train station is about 1.5 km away, the nearest shopping (Rewe-Markt) is 5 minutes by foot. The amenities The apartment is very well furnished: a bedroom with a comfy box spring bed (180 x *contact info removed* Another, small bedroom with a box spring bed (90 x 200) gives you the necessary space. The open and comfortable fitted kitchen offers you a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine (filter size 4), toaster and kettle. The living area has a cozy sofa and flat screen TV. The modern bathroom is furnished with a large shower, toilet and sink. On the sunny terrace you can end the day comfortably. Washing machine and dryer are available in the common room at a charge. There is also a lockable bicycle parking space for shared use. The features A four-legged friend (up to knee high) is welcome in our non-smoking house. We are happy to provide you with Wi-Fi free of charge. You can park your car right in front of the apartment in a parking lot. Long-term stays are welcome in this space. Please note that for stays of more than 21 nights, interim cleaning and linen change are required every three weeks. The cost for the intermediate cleaning is 97 euros, and for each laundry package we charge 19 euros. If you have any questions, we are always at your disposal! An initial set of linens and towels is mandatory for this property and is already included in the final price. Additional towel and linen packages can only be booked by our guests on site after arrival. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed on beds or sofas. A €50 cleaning fee will be charged for non-compliance. Cats are strictly not allowed in our vacation apartments, without exception.
