Description

Our beautiful Kirribilli apartment has the best views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge you could possibly ask for. The place has a large entertaining balcony, perfect for dinner and a glass of wine after a long day exploring Sydney. You are a 5-minute walk to the train station, to the Sydney Harbour Bridge and 10 minutes until you are in the Sydney CBD. You are part of one of Sydney's best villages with everything that Sydney has to offer. The space Our beautiful apartment has been renovated to the highest standard, with beautiful furniture throughout from the Coco Republic. The views from the living room, dining area, kitchen and entertainers balcony are first-class. Every single one of these rooms has uninterrupted views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House. There is a large living, dining and entertaining room, complete with a smart TV. You have the perfect kitchen for cooking and entertaining in, as well as 3 large bedrooms, perfect for 6 people. The apartment comes with 1 and a half bathrooms, all with beautiful organic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. One bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower and the half bathroom only has a sink and bathtub/shower. Guest access You will have the entire apartment to yourself, enjoy! Other things to note HOUSE RULES: *Check-in: After 3:00 pm *Checkout: 10:00 am *No smoking *No parties or events *Pets are allowed (special requirements are in place for this. Please refer to the additional rules below). ADDITIONAL RULES: *As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes. *In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay. *This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is SIX people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to THREE people. No more than a maximum of NINE people are allowed in the property at any given time. *Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. *This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine. *This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm. *STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned. *Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge. * Pets - We are a pet-friendly property. We ask all our guests to contact us for approval of pets before booking and include your request in the reservation form as there is a pet fee of $110 per stay to cover the cost of extra cleaning and disinfection. Please do not allow your pets to do on the furniture. *Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions - Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away. - This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests. - Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates. - Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first. THINGS TO KNOW: *Parking - We do not have a car space for this property. There is 2 hour free parking out the front of the building, Monday to Sunday from 8am to 10pm. Peel St (3 buildings down) there is 2 hour free parking from the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Peel St has UNLIMITED FREE PARKING on weekends. *This property is suitable for babies or children. A cot and highchair is available at the home, however we do not provide the linen. The cot is in the bedroom cabinet for you to set up. *Please note that there is construction work ongoing next door as well the whole of Kirribilli and there may be some noise from Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm. There is also Remedial works to façade and concrete spalling on our building which will go on for 3 weeks from Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm and Saturdays 8am - 3pm. We advise to keep doors and windows closed during the period of works to minimise the spread of dust. * Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in or the morning of check-in for security reasons. * We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets. * Enjoy a seamless stay with our hassle-free airport pick-up and drop-off service, exclusively for guests booked to stay our homes.
