You will be assigned a parking spot directly in front of the condo. Guests will have access to the entire home, appliances, and amenities mentioned above. Other things to note There is a reserved spot in front of the unit that is meant for compact cars only. If your vehicle blocks the sidewalk at all, the city will write you a ticket. Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check-in. Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check-in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.
