The temperature inside the house is very good and if the heat outside the house is extreme, it is cool on the lower floor. Meals are very pleasant in summer in the kitchen as it is very spacious and dinner is ideal in the courtyard, using the barbecue. It's ideal for a family or two couples. Water and gas supplies are the responsibility of the owner within normal consumption. The electricity, as discussed in another section, the owner pays the first 50 KW.
