Located in the beautiful, serene, safe green suburban neighborhood of Syokimau, Orak Residences is a tastefully furnished 3 bedroom flat located just 13 minutes from the JKI Airport, 10 minutes to the SGR, 30-min to the city center. Equipped with a pool and gym, you will not miss out on your morning routine. Karibu! The space Enjoy a beer at the balcony, and share laughter and conversation under the stars outside this lovely apartment located on the ground floor. Safe and secure residential environment with the availability of all modern amenities such as swimming pool, gym and landscaped gardens offer a pleasant distraction to the hustle and bustle of the city enthusing much needed tranquility and silence to our travelers. We want our guests to feel even safer in the apartment. We have installed electronic key locks on all bedroom doors. There is a spacious living area, fully equipped open plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds that share bath and WC, master bedroom en-suite and a laundry area. Forgot to pack house shoes, DON'T worry, we provide a pair as well as a vanity kit :) Oh, check out the great views from the rooftop. You can see the airport, and city views. Guest access You have access to the whole apartment, the swimming pool and the gym. There is a small cafe, butchery and shop in the compound should you need to purchase some supplies. Gateway Mall is also a 10 minute walk away with a variety of shops and the Naivas supermarket. Other things to note -Our office is within the block, and you can report any issue there or online via the WhatsApp group. -Free parking space is available for guests. -There is potential for noise during weekends though very minimal. -Breakfast supplies are provided as a welcoming pack. The sugar caddy contains tea, coffee, sugar and creamer. Please organize to purchase any extra supplies you may need. -We provide one vanity kit per guest on arrival that comprises toilet roll, shower gel and shampoo. -Laundry is done on request. The price list for each item is included in the folder guide. This is payable in cash, mpesa, visa or Airbnb. -For self laundry, please request for a basin. The hanging lines are on the top floor. Clothes dry pretty fast from the strong winds. -We can organize the rider for you if you need anything. He charges a reasonable fee.
