Lake Break Holiday House is a waterfront property on Burrill Lake in Ulladulla. You’ll love the view of the lake and access to the crystal clear water. Lake break is a spacious house on a large block. It is ideal for families with kids, couples and adventure seekers. Lake Break is the ideal destination if you love water sports, fishing, a gorgeous view and serenity. The local water ski club is nearby. Ulladulla is only 5 minutes away with fabulous cafes and restaurants. The space Lake Break Holiday House is a two story, four bedroom house that comfortably accommodates 6 people (max 4 adults). The four bedrooms include two queen sized beds and two king singles, all with built-in robes. All bed linen and bath towels are provided. A portable cot and high chair are available. On the ground floor there is a well-appointed kitchen with an open plan living and dining area, a bathroom and an outdoor BBQ area with fabulous views of Burrill Lake. On the second floor is another lounge area with a TV, four bedrooms, a bathroom and veranda area to soak up the views. This property is conveniently appointed with a washer and dryer, two bathrooms and a bath, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, two air conditioners, TV and DVD player. Bath towels and linen are supplied but please bring your own beach towels. Lake Break Holiday House is ideally located on Kings Point Drive, Kings Point. It fronts Burrill Lake and is 950m to Ulladulla Water Ski Park where you can launch a boat. It is a short 5 minute drive to Ulladulla’s boutique shops, cafes and restaurants. Mollymook beach and historical Milton are also close by. Finally, a friendly reminder that Lake Break Holiday House is smoke free, pet free and no events or parties are to be hosted here. Guest access There is coded access to the house. The code will be sent via text message to you on the day of your arrival. Other things to note There are two ways to access the lake from the property. There is a walking track and also stairs. The back of the property is public reserve which is a great place for kids to play and explore along the waters edge. Its also a lovely scenic walk for the family. Please note that the backyard is not fenced and parents will need to supervise young children. Also guests will not have access to the garage. A Pontoon is located in the lake and can be used by guests to moor a boat or fish and swim off. Registration Details PID-STRA-65001
