This spacious penthouse apartment is only a 10-minute stroll along the tree-lined Mountjoy Parade or along the beach foreshore to the shops, restaurants, and cafes. Easy access to the center of Lorne, the beach, and nature walks. It's in the perfect location to enjoy the beauty of the Great Ocean Road. You will not be disappointed at Lorne Penthouse. If you want a quick coffee, drink or a meal just walk downstairs to the Grand Pacific Hotel or across the road to the restaurant at the Pier. Alternatively, there are lots of choice cafes and restaurants just minutes away. We invite you to experience Lorne Penthouse for yourself. Guest access Rental is for the entire 3 bedroom apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, fridge, coffee machine, cookware and utensils. There are some basic necessities in the cupboard, but the local Foodworks has a great selection of groceries, food and drink. The lounge has a TV, DVD, iPod dock and an Xbox 360 with games. There is no WiFi. Bed linen and bath towels are included. Guests will need to bring their own beach towels and toiletries. There are small amounts of washing powder and loo paper as well. Other things to note We only accommodate a maximum of 6 people. Please note minimum 3 night stay in low and shoulder season. Please note that there is a minimum 7-night stay during the Christmas/January super peak fortnight and a 4-night minimum for the balance of the summer high season and the Easter holiday weekend.
