Its both comfortable, relaxing and private with free WiFi available. The space Our 4 bedroom house nestles on 3.5 acres of parkland and is just 200m from the beautiful Geographe Bay beach. It is secluded with plenty of parking. Situated between Busselton and Dunsborough, it is the gateway to the famous Margaret River wine district and is close to many attractions. There are 4 bedrooms with 3 queen beds in separate rooms and 3 single beds in a fourth room. The house has a renovated full kitchen , very well appointed, and is fully furnished and self contained. All linen and towels are provided, except beach towels (BYO). An enclosed huge family room 7mx7m provides an attractive alfresco looking out over 180 degrees of the landscape. It is ideal for meals (seating for 12) in an outdoors environment, and entertaining. Heating and cooling are provided by modern reverse cycle split air conditioners in each inside bedroom and the lounge room. The residence is drug and smoke free. Pets are welcome outside and only in the family room. We have a strict policy of no pets in the other rooms within the house. Free WiFi is available. Guest access All mod cons within the house including wifi are available for guest use. There are many fruit trees and guests are welcome to consume what is available at the time. There is plenty of parking space and vehicles and boats can be washed, though it would be appreciated to respect water restrictions and not waste water. The neighbouring properties are privately owned and guests are asked to respect this and not trespass. The owner occasionally visits the property and stays for short periods in a second small dwelling on the property to conduct grounds and general maintenance when required. They will respect your privacy. Other things to note Rubbish pick-up happens very early on Tuesday morning . Most people play it safe and put the bin on the road edge on Monday evening.
