The house has a bedroom with double bed (160x200), wardrobe, bed linen provided (changed weekly), bathroom with shower, toilet, sink with a mirror, hairdryer, bath towels two per person provided (weekly change), the living room with wardrobe, sofa bed for two people, chest of drawers, flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioner, dining table and 4 chairs, the kitchen equipped with 3 gas hobs and one electric stove, smoke extractor, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer area. Wi-Fi Internet connection included in the price. Private covered parking 50 m from the house. The terraced holiday house is located in Zambratija in a small fishing town only 4 km from Umag. The house is located in a quiet area and can accommodate 2 + 2 people. Next to the house, there is still accommodation for 4 + 2 people that we rent. The small supermarket with the adjacent bar great for having morning coffee. Guest access Guests have access to the terrace and to the free private parking. Other things to note * Pets are not allowed. * Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside. * We kindly ask our guests: - to respect the neighbors and to behave calmly and discretely, especially at night or during the afternoon rest, - for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation, - to use the equipment of the accommodation with caution - to leave the containers empty and to wash the used cutlery and kitchen utensils, - to declare to the owner any damage caused, that after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure, - to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys. * The accommodation must be left free by 10.00 on the last day of stay. * Custom transfers are possible (example: airport - accommodation, ...)
