LIVING & DINING & KITCHEN AREA The spacious living room with its oak parquet floors, an antique decorative fireplace and inviting décor features a stylish seating area with a contemporary Italian sofa that converts to a comfortable extra-wide queen size bed (180cmx200cm). Impressive floor-to-ceiling French windows open up onto a delightful private balcony with quintessentially Parisian views including the spectacular site of the Eiffel Tower. If you can pull yourself from the view, the widescreen TV has English news channels. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and features a sophisticated dining table with seating for six. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove top with four burners, a convection oven, microwave, a full-sized refrigerator-freezer, Nespresso machine, coffeepot and a toaster and comes complete with all the pots, pans, utensils, cookware, dishes, glassware you need to feel at home. PRIVATE BALCONY & ENVIABLE VIEW Step out onto the typically slender Parisian balcony and start snapping! On balmy summer evenings, you can enjoy champagne & canapés at the little bistro table while the Eiffel Tower twinkles in the background. MASTER BEDROOM - EN SUITE The master bedroom features an extra-wide queen bed (160x190cm) and the most delightfully décor, with plenty of closet space and a well-appointed en suite bathroom including a shower and double sinks. BEDROOM 2 The 2nd bedroom features two twin beds (80x190xm) that can be zipped together to form an extra-wide queen size bed. PLEASE NOTE that the bedrooms are accessed by a spiral staircase which may be difficult for people with mobility issues. BATHROOM The 2nd bathroom is exquisitely tiled and has a shower and sink. You’ll also find the washer and dryer in this bathroom. POWDER ROOMS In typical European style, the toilet and sink are located in a separate powder rooms. A/C & HEATING There are 3 large mobile air conditioning units to keep you cool during the warmer months and central heating during the cooler months. The apartment is located on the 5th floor (6th floor American) with an elevator. Guests have access to the entire apartment and the private balcony.
