Not in Hobart CBD. Sandy Bay offers choice grocery and delicatessen items from Hill St Store and IGA. Our local village Long Beach has chemist, butcher and post office. Three km away the strip shopping centre includes Coles and Woolworth supermarkets as well as butcher and speciality foods, fashion and gift stores. Scoop Wholefoods is worth a visit. On the beach are cafes and very popular restaurant - Seagrass. Six km to historic Battery Point where free street parking is available but watch out for restrictions. Other things to note When driving follow the 50/40km speed limits in Hobart. Please ask us for parking tips in city centre and around Salamanca. Happily Tasmania has no toll charges.
