Bedroom two has a queen bed, built-in robe and access to a private rear courtyard. (air conditioned). Bedrooms three and four have two single beds each (air conditioned). The main bathroom is located downstairs as is the internal laundry with washer and dryer, for those who prefer to dry their washing outside there is a washing line to be found in the fenced courtyard at the rear of the property. Gas BBQ and new outdoor table are found on the large balcony for great family meals with the best view in town! Just sit back and enjoy spectacular water views from the large balcony overlooking the beach. There are definitely smoke alarms at this property. Note: This property will not accept school leaver or party bookings. This property will only accept Saturday to Saturday bookings. The Bay Holiday Properties reserves the right to add a Security Deposit to any booking at our discretion and at any time prior to check-in. You will be notified in writing of this Security Deposit. If the Security Deposit is not paid, you will not be given access to the property. The Security Deposit will be refunded once you have vacated and the property has been checked and cleaned.
