This charming modern cabin is on one acre in a secluded location surrounded by beautiful oaks. The deck offers spectacular views of Clear Lake and your private beach is just steps away. It is a great place to enjoy nature and recharge. More than 40 wineries are only a short drive away. Early check-in and late check-out are usually available. The space Nestled among the oaks, this lakefront cabin is in a quiet location about 15 minutes away from town. Enjoy many opportunities for wildlife viewing or relax on the deck with fantastic views of Clear Lake. The sandy, private beach or lake front pergola are also a great places to relax. The house offers two bedrooms with queen size beds. A more public loft space also has a queen size bed. Please note the loft is not full ceiling height and only accessible by a ladder. The large kitchen opens to the dining and family room. French doors off the dining area lead to the deck with beautiful lake views. A wood stove keeps it cozy on cool days and there is lightning fast internet just in case you have to work. Early check-in and late check-out are usually available. A fully fenced rear yard is perfect for well behaved dogs (2 max ). Please note that beach/lake is accessed by several stairs. A boat launch is just minutes away. We are happy to offer a two person kayak for guest use. A charcoal Weber grill is also available for guests. Guest access You will have access to entire main floor, garage, private beach and a two person kayak. In addition some lawn games, board games and videos are available for guest use. Other things to note Clear Lake is a natural lake and is subject to algae blooms, typically in July and August. The lake is still accessible by kayak or boat even when swimming is not advisable. However, it is impossible to know what it will be like in during your stay. The nearest grocery store is about 20 minutes away so we recommend picking up supplies on the way to the house. The water to the house is treated surface water so we bring our own drinking water. The barbecue is a Weber charcoal grill. No outdoor fires outside of the grill are permitted, due to fire danger.
