Furthermore we have WIFI, cable TV, Air Conditioning and a private parking space in the garage. Praia da Rocha with it´s nightlife and beach is 700 metres away. In short: Sun, Sea and a huge balcony. The space You can enjoy the sun all day on the balcony which is facing south and west. Sunbathing is no problem there is always sun on the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher , oven, stove, large fridge and freezer. A spacious livingroom with a dining table and sofa and a sofa bed. In the bedroom you will find a comfortable bed of 160cm x 200cm. Guest access The whole apartment and private garage space are at your disposal. Other things to note Stays of 28 nights or more do not have the costs of water, electricity and gas included. These costs are paid separately based upon your consumption.
