The Artist Studio Cottage is a delightful, private beach-side cottage at Belongil Beach, Byron Bay. The cottage is set in a huge private garden and is separated from my House by the art studio (where I paint). Sleep to the sounds of the surf and wake to the magic of birdsong. The cottage has air-con. The beach and the popular Treehouse Cafe are very close by. You can walk into town along the beach. If you are looking for a peaceful break this is the PERFECT spot The space The cottage is cosy and arty and is filled with painting . It is totally self contained and very private. The cottage consists of a bed/sitting room, a kitchen/dining room and a bathroom which all open onto the patio and garden (the bathroom is not ensuite) There is a washing machine and BBQ . The kitchen has all the basics (fridge, toaster, electric jug, stove top, microwave, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, etc ) Beach access is via Manfred St or opposite the cafes . It is just a few metres to the beach. The popular Treehouse Cafe is just a few doors away and is open daily. Please note that there is a comfy double size sofa bed in the same bed/sitting room as the main queen size bed. Sorry but dogs are NOT allowed here. **PLEASE NOTE. this property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. There are some single steps and uneven pathways. Guest access You will have your own access path from the road, and use of the back garden under the poinsettia tree. You can also use the House clothes- line. NO extra guests, visitors or parties. This is my private home and I value my privacy. The garden is a sanctuary for the birds There is off street parking. It is also possible and more convenient to park in the street.
