Ca's xeremier is a reformed Majorcan country house which is located 20 minutes drive from the airport and the most famous beaches of the bay of Palma. It offers a garden, terrace and pool being perfect for 2 couples or a family. The space The property consists of two buildings, one is the main house where the owners live and the other is the house which is rented. The accommodation is distributed on two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully fitted and equipped open kitchen with a cozy living / dining room. On the top floor there are one bathroom and two bedrooms. One of the rooms has a double bed while the other has the possibility of a double or two single beds. Guest access The home includes a shared outdoor pool surrounded by a garden where bask in the sun plus a terrace. Satellite TV, air conditioning, private parking and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Other things to note In Santa Maria you can find a great selection of restaurants, terraces and traditional tapas bars in addition to all kinds of shops as well as a local product market held every Sunday morning. The surrounding countryside is ideal for outdoor sports such as hiking, biking, canyoning, climbing, etc. There is also the possibility of renting a paddle tennis court in the neighborhood and it must be added that there are several golf courses at less than 20 minutes drive. It is also worth to be mentioned that the house is located in a wine region "pla" of Mallorca. Binissalem is a denomination of origin (DO) that compose five municipalities are: Santa Maria del Cami, Binissalem, Sencelles, Consell and Santa Eugenia.
