Located next to the main monuments: the Cathedral, Central Market, Plaza de la Virgen, Torres de Serranos, Torres de Quart, and Plaza del Ayuntamiento (City Hall). A 10-minute walk away is the largest urban garden in Spain, the Turia’s Garden. Along its nine-kilometer length, you can stroll or practice any type of outdoor sport. The apartment is also home to the City of Arts and Sciences, and the Bioparc. The apartment has capacity for 2 people. It has Wi-Fi and air conditioning (hot and cold). A dining room with a Smart TV, with Netflix and SkyShowtime subscriptions. A fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, washing machine, microwave, stove, and refrigerator is also provided. It also has a kettle, toaster, and all necessary cooking utensils. A bathroom with a shower. A bedroom with a 1.50 x 2-meter bed, wardrobe, and dresser. Ideal for two people. I provide an iron, towels, bed linen, and shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom for your stay. I also offer a welcome gift upon check-in. The living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom are all on the same level. A spiral staircase in the living room leads to an attic where I store cleaning products, and access to it is closed to guests. If you want to stay in the heart of Valencia and be able to walk to the city's main attractions, this is the apartment for you. Check-in to the apartment takes place from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM and is free of charge. Check-in after 9:00 PM will have a fee of €50. Any type of party inside the apartment, as well as any form of noise that disturbs the neighbors, is strictly prohibited.
