It consists of a south-facing living room, three bedrooms (one large bedroom is located in a duplex), a small balcony, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate equipped kitchen. A secure enclosed garage to park your car or store your bikes and beach gear is available as an option. It is located in a new building 100 m from the apartment. Price: €25 for a 2-night stay, €7 per additional night (e.g. €60 per week). Box dimensions: 2.4m width/ length 5.55m x height 1.93 m The 4 beds are fitted with duvets and square pillows. Fitted sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers are not included in the rental price. Bed linen rental possible on request ( rate: €15 per double bed, €12 per single bed). If sheets are rented, the beds are made upon arrival. The bedrooms on the main floor are each equipped with a 140 cm double bed, the mezzanine bedroom is equipped with two 90 cm single beds. Access to the mezzanine room is via a "miller's ladder" staircase. This room is therefore not recommended for children under 4 years of age or people with reduced mobility. Municipal collectors for household waste and glass are present in many places in the city center, on the beach, and in the forest. Even if Airbnb gives you the option to book 6 + up to 5 infants, for your comfort and safety, we will be required to request the cancellation of your reservation if you do not respect this maximum of 6 people ( adult, child or infant). On the day of your departure from the apartment, the dishwasher must have been emptied and the dishes washed and stored in the cupboards. Similarly, all garbage cans must have been emptied.
