Browns Lane is an enchanting and picturesque 18th century mews cottage located down a quiet lane in the heart of Woodstock; a prime location in this historic town. The home is set across three floors and has recently been renovated to a high standard, but still keeping all of the homes classic style and features. With a super king sized bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the second. Browns Lane does not have any outside space, but the stunning Blenheim Park is just 5 minutes walk away. The space Ground Floor: - Charming sitting room with a two seater sofa and armchairs that create a warm and inviting setting. A large Inglenook fireplace with gas fire to relax in front of after a long day - The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed for a self catering holiday including a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine - Another wonderful feature of the cottage is the delightful indoor conservatory with table and chairs to enjoy a relaxing breakfast - Stairs lead to the first floor First Floor: - The master bedroom has a four poster super king sized bed and en suite WC - The separate master bathroom has a freestanding bath with handheld shower, separate shower with rainfall head, WC and washbasin - Stairs lead to the second floor Second Floor: - Spacious attic bedroom with twin beds and built in storage Outside: - There is no outside space but Blenheim Park is just 5 minutes walk away Other Information: - Wi-Fi included - Central heating - No dedicated parking available. There is limited street parking and a 24 hour public car park 5 minutes walk away - Sorry but no pets or smoking Guest access This home is for your own private use. The host reserves the right to access the property with 24 hours notice in case any emergency repairs are required, allow access for gardening etc Other things to note - This is a period property about 200 years old, so there are some character quirks. The stairs to the first floor are narrower and steeper than usual and twist around as you ascend. You may find the ceilings a bit lower than you are used to, and there are some squeaky floorboards. - The local parking is not suitable for large SUV vehicles, vans or minibuses
