Guest access Guests have use of the entire house which comprises of 4 Bedrooms. Very large fully equipped kitchen/ diner/ lounge. Separate formal Dining area off the kitchen . Huge TV lounge complete with Cocktail Bar and LED feature fire. The Downstairs double room has bathroom next to it with large walk in shower so ideal for any guest who prefers not to climb stairs. Upstairs 3 large ensuite rooms . 2 Rooms ( One king and One Twin ) share a large balcony each of these rooms have showers. The Master Room is huge it has a Juliet Balcony and a very large Bathroom with large Bath and Shower. Other things to note This is our home and we do ask guests to treat our place with respect equally the neighbours so if your planning a large gathering this isn't the right place. Sorry. Also please take note that whilst at times I may accept bookings of less than 7 nights there may be a surcharge made to cover void nights . I will make you aware at time of booking request any additional costs so it will be very clear prior to your booking . Check out time is 10 am , however, at certain times of the year early check in or later check out may be available .
