Beautiful duplex apartment overlooking a stunning beach and the turquoise lagoon of Pointe d’Esny. Upstairs: three bedrooms and three en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a sea view and a 1.80-meter wide bed; the second bedroom has two 90 cm wide beds; and the third bedroom has a 1.60-meter wide bed. On the ground floor: living room, terrace, toilet, fully equipped kitchen. Free Wi-Fi. The space The Aquaria Residence is part of the Coral Bay family complex, built about ten years ago in a contemporary and high-standard style. Spacious and beautifully decorated, it is comfortably furnished for six people. On the ground floor, and in a long layout, there is a living area consisting of a sitting corner, dining room, TV corner (HD flat screen with a MyT bouquet), Wi-Fi, one game table, one toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace complements this living space with a dining table for six people and two sun loungers. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom offers a magnificent view of the sea and the beach. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan. A covered and secure parking lot is available within the complex on the street side, also part of Coral Bay, which includes parking facilities and studios. A housekeeper will welcome you on-site and provide all the necessary information regarding the villa. She is responsible for the maintenance of the house and works daily, except on Sundays and public holidays. Guest access The accommodation is rented in its entirety to the client. In the street-side part of the complex, which is part of the Coral Bay complex, there is a parking area dedicated to Aquaria. There are electric gates on both the sea side and the street side. Other things to note Please note that a tax of 3 Euros per night per person (as from the age of 12) has been applied by the Mauritian Authorities. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will be asked for the name, age, and passport number of each person on the reservation. The exact amount must be given to the housekeeper on the day of arrival. It is the host's responsibilities to remit same to Government. We are at your disposal for any assistance you may need in organizing your vacation. All water sports and boat trips are accessible. Consult our guide and the brochures available in the residence.
