Misquamicut Beach Condo 224sq.ft is located 10 minutes walking distance (.5 miles) from the beach, restaurants,bars and other entertainments to have fun and enjoy your vacation.Non smoking! The space Welcome to Misquamicut Beach in the town of Westerly, RI. Enjoy Misquamicut Beach, restaraunts, bars, and everything else this beach has to offer. This condo 224sq.ft. just .5 miles away from the beach, restaurants and bars. Condo with two full size sofa beds with comfortable mattresses. Kitchenaid . Bathroom with shower, also we have an outdoor showers. We provide parking only at the condo aria (One car only)and beach pass only to enter a private Westerly beach. No laundry. You will have an in-unit heater and air conditioner in your unit. The condo is locked by a push button combination that will be provided to you upon check-in. We don't provide any beach towels or thick covers, just sheets pillow cases and some towels. Guest access You'll have your own condo with a bathroom and shower. You will have a kitchenette with cooktop, convectional toast/oven,sink, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. We don't provide parking passes right on the beach. No laundry or dryer machine Other things to note The cleaning fee covers preparation of the room prior to your check-in. We do not allow pets. We do not allow smoking. Smokers please smoke in designated area on stone patio by the shed. Renters are not allowed to use owners grill and fire pit. Any problems with wifi/cable or anything else please notify me.
