Villa Marija is located in the village of Lapcici, an 8-minute (8km) drive from Budva, with beautiful views of the old town of Budva. Two floors (second and third) of the house are for guests and one(first) is for my family. Which clean home and pool and in the bar offers guests drinks. We add solar panels so pool heating is faster and guests can swim and use pool in preseason and postseason. House is covered with video security.
