The space Trullo Falco was originally built as a traditional Trullo but has been carefully renovated with a large modern extension added using local artisan builders to conserve its original old features whilst adding all the modern comforts you would expect of a luxury boutique holiday villa. It offers 3 chic bedrooms each with its own private ensuite bathroom, generous indoor living space and external cooking, dining and sitting areas to enjoy the very best of outdoor living. It occupies a fabulous elevated position in the hills above Fasano in the small hamlet of Laureto. The views from the terraces, pool and gardens that surround the house are simply breathtaking. it is within easy reach of the stylish hilltop towns of the Valle d’Itria such as Locorotondo, Cisternino, and Alberrobello, and only 10 minutes from the beaches of the Adriatic Sea. All 3 bedroom have their own private bathrooms and are very individual and are located off the generously sized main living accommodation, two of which have their own internal corridor providing an additional level of privacy. The main panoramic terrace, located immediately from the main living accommodation and kitchen leads directly to the external cooking area with pizza oven and has been furnished for memorable dinners under the Puglian stars. The 8m x 4m pool is situated immediately to the front of the villa a few steps below the external covered dining veranda space. Scattered around the grounds among olive, fig, cherry and citrus trees, are a series of lounging areas offering a variety of idyllic spots in which to relax, read, enjoy some refreshments, or simply take in the magnificent views. Externally you will find our own outdoor kitchen area with large stone island , electric induction hob, barbecue, wood fired Pizza oven, sink and fridge to keep your poolside drinks perfectly cool. Internally the soft furnishings are of a high standard as its owner has a strong flair for interior design. We have gone the extra mile with attention to detail throughout the whole house. WI-FI is available throughout and can be accessed externally and we have added satellite TV channels. Guests are able to access (through their own memberships) apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime. The villa is perfectly situated and near to many of Puglia's main tourist attractions and beautiful hilltop towns of the Valle d'Itria. It is also just 5 mins drive from the Zoo safari & Acqua-park. For golfers the SAN Domenica world class golf course is just 20 mins away and for walkers there is an extensive list of fabulous well marked walks nearby. Of course to suit everyone, there are the nearby beaches for those lazy days by the beach and crystal blue Adriatic sea just 20 mins away. Guest access The entire house is available for guests to use including the private pool and extensive outdoor cooking facilities and surrounding well maintained land and gardens with numerous seating and relaxation zones in which to enjoy the unbeatable views and glorious sunsets.
