Finca Carrulo with private Pool

This renovated and extended Andalusian villa combines the typical traditional style with the modern amenities of the current life. The space Finca Carrulo offers accommodation for 6 people and impresses with its original and detailed decoration. In the living room we find a traditional Andalusian fireplace, satellite TV and 2 sofas. From the living room we have access to the fully equipped kitchen with dining table and exit to a completely private balcony, which is a perfect place at any time of the day for meals or just relax and enjoy the stunning views of the mountains and the coast. The property completes itself with 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bath and shower. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Outside the large private pool with sun terrace and barbecue. Perfect villa to enjoy and rest in a peaceful atmosphere. At only 4 km to the white village Cómpeta. The whole way to Finca Carrulo is over a tarmac road. The last 100 m to the finca are quite steep, but you can drive there without problems with a normal car. In Cómpeta you find everything you need for your holiday: several small supermarkets, bakers, fruit and vegetable store, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, Internet café, souvenir shops, medical center, dentist, tourist information and much more. Extra services: Floor central heating: If you wish to use the central heating an extra charge of 30 Euros per night would be to pay. Please advise us 1 week before your arrival in case that you want to use the heating. Other things to note In almost all of our rural accommodations pets are allowed (max.2). In case of bringing a pet, there is a €50 (once per stay) supplement to be paid in cash upon arrival. Please note, that there would be an extra charge of €50 in case of an arrival after 21:30 hours.
