The space A fresh, characterful, unique cottage in the historic Old Town of beautiful Scarborough. Our cottage combines old world charm with 21st century living. Style and comfort are our focus. A comfortable sitting room with original beamed ceiling, wood burning stove, central heating, leads through to a dining room with dining table for 6, a rocking chair area and books. The dining room leads into a well equipped kitchen with all you need to enjoy holiday breakfasts and cosy suppers. From the kitchen you can walk out into the private, enclosed patio garden and stairs to the private parking area. The dining room leads through a door to cottage stairs to the first floor where a twin bedroom, family bath/shower room and single room are located. Stairs from the landing lead up to the peaceful and romantic attic master bedroom. Guest access Guests can enjoy the whole of Gowland Cottage to themselves, with a sheltered patio garden and private, off-street parking, just a few minutes walk from beaches, shops and restaurants.
