We are a short drive from Lewes, Rehoboth, & Dewey Beaches, as well as Cape Henlopen State Park. Also in close proximity to; Tanger Outlets, Excellent Golfing, Breweries, Nassau Valley Vineyard, Bike Paths & access to Love Creek/Rehoboth Bay. Walking distance to; restaurant, bistro, pizza shop, general & liquor store. The space We love coming back from the beach to our peaceful neighborhood where we have plenty of room to spread out, hang at the firepit, and cook/BBQ. Sure beats cramming the family into a small, expensive condo. BEDROOMS: Our house has four (4) bedrooms with plenty of closet space, including a master suite with a king bed, second bedroom with a king bed, third bedroom with a queen bed, and a fourth bunk room that has two sets of bunk beds. BATHROOMS: We have two (2) bathrooms and an outdoor shower. Bath with full tub is attached to the master and also has hallway access. The second bath has a stand-up shower. LAUNDRY: Full size washer & dryer in hallway closet with detergent & dryer sheets. KITCHEN: Everything you need to prepare a full meal. Gas stove/oven, grill(s), fridge, mixer, bowls, pans, glassware, silverware, Keurig, dishwasher, and more! LIVING/DINING: Large, open living room with ample seating, skylights & smart TV; dining area with French Doors that open to a spacious deck. YARD: We have a 1/2-acre for running around and a firepit for your enjoyment, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. Gas and Charcoal grills. Guest access Bring your own food & toiletries. We provide hand and bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, etc. Every guest is provided with bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, and sheets which we launder after you leave. Extra sheets & towels are available, but we ask that you do laundry throughout the week if you intend to use extras.
