Great trails, theatre, shopping in quaint downtown Port Perry, boating, golfing, equestrian farm, museums, & amazing 5 star restaurnts in Port Perry. Enjoy the pond on the property & lots of places to enjoy peace & quiet together! Ask about our Chef and Pontoon experiences. 1 hr from TO, 8 min to Port Perry. We have 2 rms queen loft/king. The space There is a small private deck to enjoy a coffee in the morning while you overlook the pond and the farmers field. In the distance is a small grass airstrip you can watch an occasional plane take off or land. It's peaceful and quiet except for the sound of crickets and bullfrogs. In the winter, if the ice is thick enough you can skate. You have access to the back acre property to enjoy 😊 It’s the perfect place for creatives, artists, writers, musicians to play. You have your own private bath, fully stocked kitchen, temperature control and laundry. There is a private entrance and balcony - you won’t see us nor will we see you. We have a 2nd bedroom (king) adjacent. We also have a pack n play and a high chair available. We do allow small dogs/pets with food and water dishes. Please know we have a dog on the property. $95 Cleaning Fee. We disinfect the bnb space between our guests and have since we opened in fall of 2019 Guest access You have access to our property for winter activities (snowshoes available) or sitting by the pond in the summer. We also have a fire pit that’s awesome for year round fires- bring your own marshmallows. We recently added a large patio and furniture to enjoy the sunsets. The bed arrangement is 1 queen sized bed If you require an additional bedroom a king sized bed is next to the loft for an additional charge if $50. Here are some things to know: ******************** Your key code will be revealed to you the day of arrival. ******************* I want to assure you that I personally do the cleaning at our AirBnB. I’m very thorough and have always disinfected surfaces and handles since we opened in September/2019. We have taken every precaution for the strict cleaning protocols that are laid out by Airbnb and you can feel safe from any bug or virus. You can rest assured I won’t be canceling on you out of fear of Covid 19. ******************* Please park back in front of the garage doors (right one closest to the stairs) unless other wise instructed. ******************* 1) Info book has most details and house rules (Just inside the front door) 2) Help yourself to everything consumable- it's meant for you. 3) It's a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove/dishwasher..we provided some breakfast items. We supply eggs/English muffins or bagels/butter/milk/cream/juice and light snack(nuts/ popcorn/wrapped cookies) Let us know if you want something special to celebrate a special occasion. We love celebrations! 4) We have an Apple TV-see info book 5) This loft apt has its own hot water tank/furnace/AC .. you set your own comfort levels. Because of our unique set up and design don't share the same air! 6) Please use the squeegee in the shower to reduce soap buildup (The cleaning crew (me) appreciates any help) 7) The toilet is a macerating toilet and when you push either button it fills the bowl up then grinds matter and sends to our septic system... it's very sensitive and cannot grind anything up beyond toilet paper and human waste. As noted on AirBnB site-it's a $4000 repair. 8) Extra blanket & pillow in the closet 9) Extra garbage/Recycle container in the front closet. 10) We live in the country.. and there is a few more bugs out here.. fly swatter is in the furnace room at the end of the bed. The warm weather brings out the flies. 11) When you check out, please put all the linens/towels on the counter on the washing machine. 12) There is a $125 cleaning fee 13) No cancellations within 1 week. No exceptions! 14) EXTRA FEES- $50/per pet no matter the size, NO pets on the furniture/bed. $50/night per person in our king bedroom-pls see room diagram in our photo gallery. 15) Garbage/recycle/compost days are Friday- please put it all outside so we can combine it with ours THURSDAY NIGHT. 16) No nudity while sunbathing on our property. 17) Please leave the place as you found it. 18) No grease down the drain- please use the soup can provided. It clogs the pipes and the septic. This is a charge of $2500 to fix. 18) We have a bbq- please CLEAN IT after each use. We have provided a silicone matt to make it easier to clean. You are responsible for cleaning the Matt/utensils/bbq. Please let us know if the propane runs out. 20) The laundry machines are meant too clean the linens only. Please DO NOT BRING LAUNDRY to do while you stay ... there are more exciting things to do in Port Perry than laundry (😝) Yes we had a guest bring laundry! We don’t mind a load while you’re here. Really hope you enjoy your stay you can text me for anything you might need! Because this is part of our house- noise levels drop at 11pm.
